The pledge/donation payment form can be used to submit a one-time pledge/donation or for setting up a recurring payment.

Automatic Checking/Savings Withdrawal Form

The automatic checking/savings withdrawal form can be used to submit your agreement for pre-authorized payments from your checking or savings account.
